Dan Junkin
Dan is the Chairman and CEO of ASC Holding, Asset Services Company's parent company. Prior to founding ASC in 1985, Dan was the Vice President for Administration for the Kerr Foundation. He served in the U.S. Navy. He was a Presbyterian pastor for four years in Arkansas and then was Vice President for Development at Lyon College in Arkansas. Dan moved to Oklahoma in 1980 to work for the Kerr Foundation. He currently serves as a part-time pastor to a local Presbyterian church. He served on the Board of Pensions for the Presbyterian Church (a $5 billion plan).

Peter Junkin
Peter joined Asset Services Company in 2007. Prior to joining ASC, he was an analyst in the construction industry where he developed and analyzed cost estimates for projects of all sizes and scope.
Peter, and his wife Michelle, have two children, Amira and Sammy.

Rhonda Godwin
Rhonda has worked at ASC Holding LLC since 1997. With several years of trust experience, Rhonda has a range of financial expertise, from financial operations and administration to compliance and system analysis. Previously, Rhonda worked for 15 years in the Trust Department of Bank of America.
A native of Ardmore , Okla. , Rhonda earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State in 1982, completed Cannon Trust School in 1992, College of Financial Planning at Oklahoma City University and is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA).
Rhonda and her husband Steven have two children, Shanna and Michael.

Karen Foust
Karen began her career in the financial service industry in 1986 working for First Interstate Bank/Bank of America. Karen joined the Asset Services Company staff in 1999.

Shannon Carter
Shannon originally joined Oklahoma Data Services in 2004 as an Employee Benefits Specialist providing record keeping to various retirement plans. Her subsequent experience includes a background in banking and legal services.
Shannon now works as an analyst for Asset Services Company.

Wendy Wilkerson
Wendy is responsible for the financial reporting of all ASC Holding, LLC entities. In addition to monthly financial report production, she works with auditors, regulators and examiners. Additionally, she provides accounting and tax work for clients including individuals, businesses, foundations and non-profit organizations. She is also the Human Relations/Employee Benefits Coordinator.
Prior to joining Asset Services, Wendy worked for two years for Grayce B. Kerr Fund, Inc., handling all the financial demands of the foundation as well as working with organizations seeking grants. This experience was preceded by seven years in the banking industry.

Cathy Friday
Cathy has over 20 years of accounting/finance experience, including 5 years in public accounting, and 10 years in Personal Trust accounting. Cathy serves in the role of CFO for all ASC Holding, LLC entities. Additionally, she provides tax and compliance work for client individuals, businesses, foundations and non-profit organizations. Cathy is an active member with the AICPA, the OSCPA and the Oklahoma City Chapter of the OSCPA.

Nancy Junkin
Nancy is responsible for coordinating with long time ASC clients. Nancy is also in charge of special events.

Matt Murphy
Matt began his career troubleshooting PC's and networks while attending school at the University of Oklahoma. In 2004 he came to work for ASC as a member of the information technology department. Shortly there after, Matt started work on his Graduate degree. This combination of hands on experience and formal education provided a learning environment that allowed him to gain the skills needed to manage the ASC Information Technology Department.

Jordan Young
Jordan Young started working for Asset Service Company's Information Technology Department in 2006. His responsibilities range from providing desktop support to gathering systems requirements. Prior to working with the company, Jordan was an office administrator for three years.
